Best Community Center on the Windward Side
I love this Center, they are involved in the Statewide Food Drive in April, lots of community happenings. The Easter event is great, a live petting zoo, the Easter Bunny and at Halloween they have a great Pumpkin Patch. And the merchant are great. (WindwardSkies, 01/27/2009)

worse parking lot
the parking lot has been in terrible condition for a long time. the asphalt is full of ruts and potholes. due to some tight parking, one has to turn the wheels sharply. you can just feel the rubber on the tires eating away. the owners need to fix this problem and make shopping at windward city a pleasant experience.
